OUR LNG SOLUTION
At our LNG plants, Nopetro Energy produces a clean burning, abundant, and affordable source of energy used in industrial processes, commercial applications, and power generation.
Once converted back to its gaseous state, LNG may be substituted for diesel, gasoline, and propane to substantially reduce pollution and operating costs.

BENEFITS OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS
- Pipeline natural gas arrives on site at about 70° F where it is then cooled into LNG increasing density by 600x.
- LNG can be efficiently transported and stored above ground similar to diesel and propane, but at nearly half the cost.
- Liquefied Natural Gas is substantially better for the environment reducing carbon dioxide emissions by up to 40% and releasing virtually no NOx or SOx.

Process and technology involved
- Pipeline natural gas arrives on-site at about 70° F
- Natural gas is first treated to remove any and all contaminants.
- Natural gas is refrigerated to -260° F by engines, compressors, and cooling fans. This converts the gas into a liquid.
- The Liquefied Natural Gas is moved into insulated storage tanks for truck loading and transport by land and sea.
