Fred Madera, CPA, leads Nopetro’s accounting function, working closely with the CFO on financial reporting, accounting operations, banking relationships, and tax compliance. Having previously served as Nopetro’s Controller from 2022 to 2024, Fred returned in 2026 to help strengthen and scale the finance function as the company continues to grow.
Fred brings a business-minded approach to finance, drawing on his experience in accounting leadership and financial management. He focuses on improving processes, leveraging technology and automation, and providing reliable financial information to support business decisions.
