Mr. Hyatt’s 30+ years in the energy industry has taken him from wellhead-to- burnertip across most of the lower 48 shale basins and many conventional petroleum basins. His experience has included energy financial analysis, natural gas supply and marketing, liquid and gas pipeline asset development, gas processing, electric power marketing, gas liquids marketing, and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
His career path has included the following companies: Enron, Transwestern Pipeline, Energy Transfer Partners, Gavilon, LLC, EnLink Midstream, and NextDecade LNG.
Mr. Hyatt has an MBA in international finance from the University of Houston and BSBA from the University of Nebraska.
