Magda Kosztyla is an experienced operations executive with a proven track record of strengthening performance across complex, multi-facility organizations. She brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to operations, with extensive experience establishing standardized processes, improving productivity, driving accountability, managing P&L performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Throughout her career, Magda has led large-scale manufacturing and industrial operations with responsibility for safety, environmental compliance, capital planning, cost optimization, and organizational performance. Her leadership is centered on building strong teams, implementing clear operating procedures, and creating the structure and consistency necessary to support efficient, scalable growth.
Magda holds an MBA from Athabasca University and a BA from the University of Toronto, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certified.
