Olga Garcia is a strategic People leader with more than 15 years of progressive HR experience, including partnering directly with C-suite executives. As VP of People, she brings expertise in organizational design, workforce strategy, talent development, and building scalable people-operations for growing, multinational organizations.
Olga has led global HR initiatives across 15 countries, strengthened performance and hiring practices, and championed employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a native English and Spanish speaker with advanced Portuguese.
