


Roy Schultheis serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Public Affairs at Nopetro Energy, where he is responsible for expanding public-sector opportunities and advancing initiatives that support the growth of Nopetro’s renewable natural gas production plants, CNG fueling infrastructure, and integrated fleet solutions.
Mr. Schultheis brings more than 20 years of experience spanning government, public affairs, business development, and energy infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of business and government, building coalitions and partnerships that help organizations navigate complex regulatory, political, and community environments and turning strategic opportunities into executable projects.
Prior to joining Nopetro, Mr. Schultheis led strategic engagement at the largest energy infrastructure developer in the United States, where he developed and led stakeholder and public affairs strategies supporting major projects across the United States. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schultheis served as Chief of Staff in the United States House of Representatives, where he advised on legislative, policy, political, and constituent matters and worked extensively with federal, state, and local government leaders. In this role, he was instrumental in the founding of the Climate Solutions Caucus where he led efforts on utilizing clean and abundant natural gas to reduce carbon emissions.
Mr. Schultheis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
