


Mr. Brinner serves as the Executive Vice President of Nopetro CNG where he is responsible for developing and executing the division’s strategy, business development and expansion. His prior experiences include working as a CPA with Ernst & Young, and as an investment banker with Wells Fargo and Raymond James, where he advised companies in transportation/logistics and waste/environmental services.
In 2017, he was recruited to OmniTRAX, a unique railroad/real estate development company where he was responsible for identifying, generating, developing, and executing acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield industrial real estate developments and building and creating strategic partnerships with ports and economic development groups around the country.
Given his prior experiences, Mr. Brinner sees the world through a unique lens. With deep exposure to trucking, rail, marine shipping, waste, and environmental businesses; an understanding of real estate and economic development; and personal professional experiences touching the world of clean fuels and clean energy, he is uniquely qualified to expand Nopetro’s CNG footprint. Mr. Brinner’s focus is developing new CNG/RNG fueling stations; developing partnerships with government/public entities; building deeply integrated, long-term customer relationships with owners and operators of multiple different fleets and expanding into potential new business lines.
Mr. Brinner has an MBA from University of Chicago and received both a BS, in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Master’s in Accountancy, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
